Ellen has also served as the National Director of Learning & Development for ERA Franchise Systems, and has taught courses for the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Association of Realtors. Since 2001 she has served as a member and some years as Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee of the Bucks County Association of Realtors.
