LISABETH PATCH Esquire, CEO of 1st Patriot 1031 Company. Lisabeth is a Partner of 1st Patriot Companies and CEO of 1st Patriot 1031 Company, a full service 1031 exchange facilitator. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from Immaculata University, studied International Marketing through the MBA program at St. Joseph ’s University and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where the focus of her studies was business law.

She has facilitated 1031 exchanges and has provided education to real estate professionals on the east coast for almost five years as Regional Vice President of a national 1031 exchange company, and has extensive sales and marketing experience through her tenure with Merck & Co. Inc. She has taught many investors, real estate professionals, and attorneys about the 1031 process and its benefits. She was chosen to teach the 1031 class at the PA, NJ, and NY realtors’ Triple Play convention and recently taught several five-hour continuing education classes for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
