Carl Fischer retired as a rocket scientist in 1993, founded and remains president of Presidential Properties, Inc. a property management and investment company. He was introduced to self-directed retirement plans in that capacity. Mr. Fischer is a managing member of Global Financial Resources LLC, a mortgage broker business as well as an executive managing member of EntrustCama Self Directed IRA's LLC, which is one of he members of the Entrust Group, the oldest, largest, experienced, and most prestigious adminstrators of self direced IRA's in the country.

• Developed outlines, presentations and case studies using tax-free/tax-deferred, non-traditional investments such as real estate, real estate financing, options and tax certificates, etc. to deversity retirement plans.
