Pre-Foreclosures, Foreclosures, and Short Sales - RECE00028 This course will satisfy 7 hours of 2010-2012 PA CE. This class will explain the difference between a foreclosure and pre-foreclosure. It will begin by giving an understanding of the current real estate market and explain the timeline and events leading up to a Sheriff Sale. We will start when the home owner misses the first mortgage payment and take you through all the events and legal proceedings that lead to bank ownership. Additional information will include: ACT 91, Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Homeowner Options and the Short Sale process.
